Three-Storey Family Dwelling in Seattle 
Situated in downtown Seattle, this beautiful family residence is finished by Workshop Architecture l Design. The project is constructed with a strict rule of area limitations that is imposed by the clients. The Colman Triplex is designed with a great connection between outdoor and indoor by installing lots of glass windows. This inspiring family house design is built within a primary box-like form with strict land use limitations on building height and lot coverage to configure three separated dwellings that each of it provides direct and visual access to outdoor space, as said by the architect. This white painted house looks so contemporary with a cool horizontal rain screen that could provide a great aesthetic to the design.
