Minimalist House Design below Street Level
We’d love to share another contemporary design from Japanese architecture firm, Suppose Design. Below is a minimalist home that is constructed by concrete as the main material and is located in Hiroshima, Japan. The House in Fukuyama is a combination of traditional Japanese house with modern minimalist design, offering a great relation between out and inside. The house is divided into three storeys and is located below the street level. The most attractive part of the house is the entrance area; it comes in two tower stairwell that is constructed on the rooftop. And the private and public areas are designed under the entrance building with great connection with the outside. The house could provide enough sunlight to the whole interior via large glazing. Rustic and minimalist is the character of the interior, which could make it look quite cozy for dwelling.
