Cozy Suburban House in Spain

OmasC Arquitectos designed this suburban house with modern edge which is situated in Candamo, Spain. The house is finished in recent year and since it is located in rural area, the parking space is large enough. Stone slabs connect the house to the parking area. The family residence below consists of two volumes; day and night zones. The day zone is designed for living area, including kitchen and dining room. This area features expansive glass panel from wall-to-ceiling that allow natural light pass through it. The day zone is overlooking the outdoor patio and providing surrounding views. There is also comfy lounger for reading a book in front of the fireplace. Meanwhile the night zone is used for sleeping and it is designed with only small windows to protect privacy but still allow sunlight to fill in. The interior is beautifully done in white shade with several lighting that could illuminate charming ambience and make the room feels so warm and comfortable.
